Returns

Unworn, unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the package. Returns are accepted within this 30-day period with no return shipping cost charged to the customer — we cover the shipping fees for returns.

Warranty

Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of receiving. Please email us a photo and we’ll gladly send you a new one! In such cases, quewick.store will cover the shipping cost.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, sometimes packages may get lost in transit. quewick.store cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. However, if you haven’t received your package after four weeks, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
