Most orders shipped within the continental United States will be processed within 3-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods. Any shipping carrier estimated delivery dates do not apply to orders with pre-order or custom products.
All custom products with additional order items will ship together and can take up to 4-8 weeks for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Orders with UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS 3 Day Select® must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. All shipping costs are set by our shipping carriers. Quewick.store is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by our carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.
International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on total order weight, package volume, order destination, and item retail prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately, on December 31, 2024, UPS Ground Saver (formerly UPS SurePost®) ended their agreement with the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®), so we are no longer able to ship orders to P.O. boxes, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. UPS SurePost® is no longer available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required. Some restrictions may apply for APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Custom Orders
Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for production and delivery. Custom orders are handmade, and estimated delivery dates do not reflect the 4-8 weeks needed for production and delivery. Custom products with additional order items will ship together. All custom items are excluded from discounts and promotions. Once your custom order has shipped, no changes can be made, and custom products are non-returnable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Quewick.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for orders lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you receive a confirmation email with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to update it. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made to the shipping address. Shipping costs are non-refundable for shipments returned due to incorrect address information, and returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
